Sudburgenland

Although geographically large, the Sudburgenland accounts for a mere 0.8% of Austria's vineyards. Like the Mittelburgenland it would seem best suited to red wine production. Good producers include Paul Grosz, Hermann Krutzler and Schutzenhof.
