Qualitatswein mit Pradikat (QmP) is the top level of quality wine. The term means "with distinction".
The important difference between QbA and QmP wines is that the latter are made from grapes sweet-enough to need no added sugar. Each QmP wine is placed into one of six levels of distinction, according to the tested must weight of the grapes. These levels are, in ascending order.
